Most products sold by LeeSatt have a limited time warranty. Below shows more information on the limited time warranty.
Free to Air receivers have a limited manufacturer warranty. please refer to the owners manual or the manufacturers website for details. All Sales are Final, No Refunds!!!
NOTE: As of November 2013, all warranties are on FTA receivers are 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are over 30 days, LeeSatt claims no responsibility on your warranty claim and you will need to contact the manufacturer after the 30 days as we will not take any returns after 30 days.
LNBs have 7 day exchange warranty for DOA product (dead on arrival) .We only exchange for the same product. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all exchanges.
All other products like Remotes, Finders, Extenders etc. 7 day exchange warranty for DOA (dead on arrival). The customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all exchanges. All Sales are Final, No Refunds!!!

*All Returns MUST be authorized. Before shipping back, contact us first for a RMA form that you MUST fill out and send back with your return. No exceptions.
